2019 represents the beginning of a new era for Vexica. Having recently invested in state of the art facilities we are bringing some exciting updates and additions to our product portfolio. Our new “Developments 2019” brochure provides an insight into what is coming later this year, our new Lumaera range, and details on our capabilities for custom product design and manufacture – 65% of our manufacturing is of a bespoke nature, either modifying an existing product or creating a completely unique offering to fit with our clients design requirements.

Our factory has seen additional capabilities in encapsulation technology (with a state of the art fully CNC controlled robotic resin encapsulation system – the UK’s first production line of its kind), along with a fully automated electronics pick and place production line capable of placing components on to printed circuit boards with a capacity of 72,000 component per hour, all of which enabling us to develop some truly innovative products for the market. Vexica has a portfolio of registered designs and patent pending technology, with sales distribution in the Middle East, Europe and North America.
In addition to our product portfolio, our new website features a useful product configuration tool in both metric and imperial measurements to support our UL approved section. The company has also implemented an ERP manufacturing, accounting and sales control system and is in the advanced final stages of gaining a Bureau Veritas ISO certification.
